This old, gutted-out speaker contained internal video and audio that played through a pair of headphones. The video acts as a 'self-portrait'. I created the illusion that I am listening to a song on my record player that my boyfriend at the time wrote called "the restart". This song repeatedly has struck an emotional nerve and was displayed at a very restless time in our relationship.
